What You'll Do

As a Care Manager, you will help make sure clients receive dependable, compassionate care throughout the weekend.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living
• Personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Meal preparation and light household support
• Medication reminders, as permitted
• Companionship and meaningful interaction
• Monitoring client needs and changes in condition
• Communicating important updates to the care team
• Helping ensure care plans and company standards are followed
• Supporting caregivers and promoting consistency in client care

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

Who We're Looking For

• Compassionate, dependable, and responsible
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Confident working independently

• Comfortable taking on additional responsibility
• Available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
