Care Manager - Developmental Disabilities Division - Buxton, ND

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Manager to join our Developmental Disabilities Division in Buxton, ND!

As a Care Manager at All Embracing Home Care, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. You will be responsible for providing personalized care plans, coordinating services, and advocating for the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Certification in Case Management or related field preferred
