Care Manager - Weekends Only - Fargo ND

Are you a compassionate caregiver looking to make a difference in the lives of others? All Embracing Home Care in Fargo ND is currently seeking a talented Care Manager to join our team on weekends. As a Care Manager, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our persons supported in the Fargo community.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support and supervision to caregivers
  • Monitor client progress and communicate with healthcare professionals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

We are looking for a dedicated caregiver who is passionate about helping others. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in home care or a healthcare setting is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current CPR and first aid certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Previous experience in caregiving preferred
