Position Overview:
As a Care Manager at All Embracing Home Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our persons supported on weekends only. You will work closely with our clients to develop and implement care plans, assist with daily living activities, and ensure the overall well-being of those under your care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services to persons supported on weekends only
- Assist clients with activities of daily living
- Monitor person supported health and well-being
- Communicate effectively with persons supported, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in home care or a related field
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends only
