Position: Care Manager

Location: West Fargo, ND

Hours: 8:30AM - 10:30AM

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Manager at All Embracing Home Care in West Fargo. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our clients and ensuring that their needs are met to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the care of clients in West Fargo
  • Ensure all nursing cares are being met
  • Communicate effectively with clients and their families

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Caregiver
  • Strong knowledge of nursing cares
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
