Care Manger - 5PM - 10PM - Fargo

Join Our Team as a Care Manager!

All Embracing Home Care in Fargo, ND is looking for a dedicated Care Manager to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the caregiving and support provided to our person supported. This position requires a compassionate and organized individual who is committed to ensuring the well-being and happiness of the persons supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of persons supported at all times
  • Communicate effectively with person supported, families, and healthcare providers
  • Monitor the progress and outcomes of caregiving services
