Care Manager - Hillsboro Area

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Manager to join our team at All Embracing Home Care in Hillsboro, ND. As a Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our people supported in the Hillsboro area. Your primary responsibility will be to assess the needs of clients, develop care plans, and coordinate care services to provide the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a home care setting.

Qualifications:
