Caregiver 8AM - 5PM

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Manager to join our team at All Embracing Home Care in Grand Forks, ND. As a Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients by overseeing the care provided by our team of dedicated Caregivers.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in caregiving and a passion for helping others. You will be responsible for developing personalized care plans for each client, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and providing ongoing support and guidance to our Caregivers to ensure the highest level of care is being delivered.

We are looking for someone who is a natural leader and communicator, who can build strong relationships with both clients and their families. Your role as a Care Manager is vital in providing comprehensive and compassionate care to those in need.
