Position Title: Care Manager

Location: Bismarck, ND

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Schedule: Flexible – Day, Evening, and Weekend Shifts Available

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate in-home care to clients, including assistance with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.)

• Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

• Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering trust and engagement

• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed, following proper safety procedures

• Maintain accurate daily documentation of care provided

• Communicate effectively with office staff, clients, and family members regarding care needs or changes

• Follow all agency policies and state regulations to ensure quality and compliance

• Report any incidents, client concerns, or scheduling issues promptly to management

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• Ability to pass a background check and reference screening

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (personal or professional)

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to client well-being

• Excellent communication and time management skills
