El Way Child Care and Learning Center PT/Float Teacher

We are looking for passionate, adaptable Part-Time Floating Teachers to join our team!

Pay- $14.50-$16.00/hr

As a Floater, your day will always be a fun adventure. You will step into a "universal" role, moving between classrooms to support our teachers and interact with kids from infants up to school-age. If you love variety and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is the perfect fit for you!

? Float between classrooms to assist with daily activities, playtime, and classroom management.

? Adapt gracefully to different age groups—one hour you might be reading to toddlers, and the next you might be helping preschool or school-age kids with a project!

? Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for all children.

? Bring high energy, smiles, and a genuine love for interacting with kids every single day. What We’re Looking For:

? Open or Flexible Availability: Reliable team players who are ready to jump in where needed most.

? Versatility: Someone who is comfortable and excited to work with all age groups.

? A Positive Attitude: Outstanding patience, communication skills, and a loving demeanor toward children.

? Must meet state licensing background check and training requirements.
