All Embracing Home Care is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Home Cleaning Specialist. In this role, you will assist with maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment for the individuals we support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing general housekeeping tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Managing laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
• Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in common areas and personal living spaces
• Following safety and infection control protocols
• Providing respectful and compassionate service to those we support

Qualifications:

• Experience in housekeeping, laundry, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Compassionate and respectful attitude towards individuals receiving care
• Reliable and punctual
• Must pass MN Fingerprinting background check
