Position Overview
El Way Child Care and Learning Center is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our team. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing a high-quality learning environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
? Curriculum & Instruction: Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons that encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development.
? Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that meets all state licensing and safety regulations.
? Communication: Build positive relationships with families through regular updates and professional communication regarding their child’s progress.
? Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to support daily center operations and maintain a positive workplace culture.
? Adaptability: Maintain the flexibility to assist in different age groups as needed to ensure consistent care across the center.
Qualifications
? Experience: Previous experience working in a licensed childcare setting is preferred.
? Education: CDA Certification is preferred.
? Certifications: Current Pediatric CPR/AED and Safe Sleep certifications (or the ability to obtain them upon hire).
? Reliability: A strong commitment to consistent attendance and punctuality to ensure the stability of our classrooms.
