Residential Cleaner
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Residential Cleaner to join our growing team! In this role, reporting to our crew lead, you’ll clean homes, build positive relationships with clients, and take pride in providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks: washing surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and emptying trash.
- Ensure high-quality results in your assigned area of each home.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Build trust and rapport with clients through excellent service and professionalism.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Transport cleaning supplies and equipment between client visits.
- Professionally address and resolve client concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Go above and beyond to delight clients whenever possible.
- Accurately log work hours using a time-tracking app.
- Manage job details, review daily tasks, and follow up with clients using our cleaning app.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry 25+ pounds of supplies and equipment.
- Comfortable standing, kneeling, and climbing stairs as needed.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Effective communication skills (multiple languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
